The park is well-maintained and has a friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to call home. Location-wise, we are in West Kelowna's sought-after Shannon Lake neighbourhood and the city of West Kelowna for all your everyday shopping needs is less than 10 minutes away. Suppose you are thinking about Buying a home here in Crystal Springs. In that case, I will take you around and show you a couple of homes with different price points so you can see the types of homes that fit within your budget. So you can get a feel for what this wonderful community has to offer, and hopefully, this will help you find your next home. Crystal Springs is a gated community; if you'd like to live here, you must be over the age of 55. Most mobile homes for sale in Crystal Springs are either 2, 3, or 4-bedroom units and offer interior living spaces ranging from as small as 900 square feet to over 1800 square feet. Immediately when you drive into this community, you get a sense of true pride of ownership; the yards are immaculate, landscaping and hedges are trimmed and maintained, and the mobile homes are all in excellent condition. If you want to downsize and get away in your RV, you're in luck at Crystal Springs. It is one of the only mobile home parks allowing RV storage space. However, RV parking is subject to availability and does come at a monthly cost. The community center at Crystal Springs features an excellent area for cookouts, card competitions, and get-togethers with your wonderful friends and neighbours. Inside the clubhouse is a fully equipped kitchen, shuffleboard, two pool tables, a well-stocked library corner, lazy boy recliners, and tables for your arts and crafts or a fun game of cards. If you have friends and family looking to stay with you for a longer length of time, you can request a booking for one of the two guest suites that are on-site and part of the clubhouse. Pad rent is approximately $450 a month, including trash removal, snow removal, clubhouse use, and security gate maintenance. This is a pet-friendly community, and at the time of this video, 2 small pets are allowed. This scenic and attractive drive will take you past farms, orchards, vineyards, and golf courses. The road up to the trestles is gravel, but most vehicles should be able to climb during the summer and fall months. The Trestles Myra Canyon has 12 trestles, and the Myra Canyon Trestle is by far the most impressive. The other ones are much shorter in comparison to this majestic structure. The best time to visit the Myra Canyon trestles is around mid-June when all wildflowers bloom. During this time, you will also see many other types of flowers, such as lilies and serviceberries! Recreation Activities Locals and Tourists can enjoy a variety of activities in the area, such as Hiking: visitors can hike on the Myra Canyon Trestle Trail (13km) or the Crannock Creek Trail (12km) Horseback Riding: there are also stables around this area where riders can find horses to explore Myra Canyon Trestles on four legs instead of two! During the winter months (November - March), visitors can cross-country ski or snowmobile along this trail. Myra Station is the best place to park your vehicle, located 24km up the gravel road from Kelowna City Center. Dining In The Myra Canyon Trestles Area There are several excellent restaurants and eateries in the area. For those of you wanting to experience all there is in Myra Canyon. Pack a picnic lunch and bring it with you to eat back at your car afterwards, or find a lookout point and grab a seat on any of the empty benches.
