Suppose you are thinking about Buying a home here in Crystal Springs. In that case, I will take you around and show you a couple of homes with different price points so you can see the types of homes that fit within your budget. So you can get a feel for what this wonderful community has to offer, and hopefully, this will help you find your next home. Crystal Springs is a gated community; if you'd like to live here, you must be over the age of 55. Most mobile homes for sale in Crystal Springs are either 2, 3, or 4-bedroom units and offer interior living spaces ranging from as small as 900 square feet to over 1800 square feet. If you have friends and family looking to stay with you for a longer length of time, you can request a booking for one of the two guest suites that are on-site and part of the clubhouse. Pad rent is approximately $450 a month, including trash removal, snow removal, clubhouse use, and security gate maintenance. This is a pet-friendly community, and at the time of this video, 2 small pets are allowed.
